Issuing/Transferring Store Currencies to your Loyal Customers

Here's a step by step guide on how to transfer "Loyalty Points" to your customers.

There are two ways that you can send your store currencies (loyalty points) to your customers or another business owner.

If you still have store currencies (loyalty points) left in your wallet, you can transfer it to your customers’ MyCurrency wallets, directly.

1.      On your wallet, click on your store currency (loyalty points).

2.      Click on either the Public or the Private Holding, depending on where the store currencies that you want to transfer, are stored. Store currencies used as Loyalty Points are usually in the Private holding tab. Store currencies stored in Public holding tab are mostly used for trading.

3.      Click on “Transfer to” then click on “To User” tab

4.      Type in the amount you want to transfer to your customer on the Amount field

5.     Type in the username of the customer on the Username field

6.      Don’t forget to select the username, it should turn blue.

7.      Click on “Transfer”

8.      You will get a confirmation banner that you can show to the customer as proof that the currencies (points) have been transferred.

We recommend that you transfer all the store currencies (loyalty points) you have in you wallet first so it doesn’t just burn. And then you can proceed to the next option..

If you have used up all the store currencies (loyalty points) you have in your wallet or If you don’t want to deplete the amount of store currency (loyalty points) that you currently have in your wallet, you can just directly issue new store currencies to your loyal customers:

1.      On your wallet, click on your store currency (loyalty points).

2.      Click on “Issue Currency”.

3.      Click on “To User”

4.      Type in the amount you want to issue to the customer on the Amount field

5.     Type in the username of the customer on the Username field

6.      Don’t forget to select the username, it should turn blue.

7.      Click on “Issue currency”

8.      You will get a confirmation banner that you can show to the customer as proof that the currencies (points) have been issued.

**If the provided username did not appear when you typed it, please double check the spelling or it could mean that the customer is not yet a registered MyCurrency user.

Now, you are ready to send store currencies to your customers! Be ready for repeat orders!
